COVID SHIPPING UPDATE  

Lads, all good things take time, like growing booners or making solid pickled eggs. With everything going on right now, ship times are a little delayed which means you might be waiting a little longer than Rut Daniels would approve. On the bright side, since you’ll look better than ever in your new gear, it’ll have that deer you’ve been chasin’ begging to be stuffed above your fireplace. 

Give the lads a few days to get the goods on the ol half-ton and the carriers at least a week to get'er to your front porch. If you still don't have 'em, email support@catchindeers.com or submit a ticket HERE. We know this isn't ideal, however we can't control the shipping companies, so we're here for ya, and will make sure you're taken care of.  

International Customers: Delays are dependent on customs backlog and your local post office service levels. We are doing everything we can, but some shipments are taking 2-3 weeks.  

GENERAL:  

-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. 

-All orders will ship from our Louisville, Kentucky warehouse. 

-Ship time estimates will be a few days longer during busy shipping seasons such as Christmas, New Years and Black Friday. 

USA CUSTOMERS: 

USA customers have the choice of shipping USPS First Class, UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air*. Rates are based off package size and weight, and calculated at checkout. 

*CATCHIN' DEERS does not guarantee delivery inside 48 hours, and will still require standard processing times for us to prepare your order. Covid delays still apply. Please see the UPS PAGE for more information. 

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:  

-USPS First Class International is used with shipping rates calculated at checkout. 

DUTIES AND TAXES: 

-These are not additional shipping charges by CATCHIN’ DEERS and are dependent on goods, fabric contents and current international trade agreements.

-Customs Duties and Taxes are charged by the Canadian Government. Your order may be subject to these charges.
