    Love the hats, customer service not so much

    I've ordered a total of 7 hats at this point, all are amazing. Fit great, look awesome, high quality. However, on my last order I only received one of the two hats I ordered and have been ghosted on the 5 emails I've sent since. I used to think the customer service was amazing, now not so much. Buyers beware.
